Gregs recruiting experience began in 1994 with Robert Half in Omaha, Nebraska, where he specialized in bookkeeping and accounting searches. After transferring to Des Moines, Greg was promoted to Division Director with Robert Half where he continued to develop his business by placing high level finance and accounting professionals in full time and consulting roles.
In 2000, Clouse himself was recruited to an Executive Search firm local to Des Moines where he spent the next 8 years placing over 100 professionals that generated over $2,000,000 in client fees. Gregs work positioned him as one of the top search and placement professionals within the area, making him a highly sought after speaker at industry events for his subject matter expertise. Greg made the move to Vermillion Group in 2009 where he is currently building and leading the firms finance and accounting practice.
Prior to his recruiting career, Gregs background was focused primarily within the banking industry, including time with Banks of Iowa until their acquisition by Firststar Bank in 1994. He held lending, operations, and accounting management roles with direct responsibility of over 40 employees.
Originally from Council Bluffs, Greg graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Accounting. Greg currently resides in Altoona, Iowa, along with his lovely wife Delores, along with their 2 sons.
When she is not working, Sandy thoroughly enjoys her role as a wife and mother to three active and energetic children. She is a true soccer mom who loves attending her kids sporting activities. A die hard Iowa Hawkeye football fan, Sandy also enjoys cycling and tennis.

In Johns spare time he races sports cars and is an avid tennis player.
Some examples of Mark's achievements are: four straight years as an Award winning Sales Executive maintaining a $1million revenue average per month. Mark developed a training program designed to better service his customers resulting in increased sales and profits. This training program was later adopted as the company standard. Mark prides himself on his ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, as well as his ability to mentor others.
Mark is an ex-United States Marine who was promoted meritoriously many times throughout his military career. After his participation in Desert Shield / Storm, Mark was decorated and honorably discharged from the Marines at which point he began a very successful career in the mortgage industry.
Mark's free time is spent with his wife and two children, Liam and Padrig.
Jeff's focus is on clinical professionals for clients in the managed care industry including pharmacy benefit managers, hospitals and health systems, health insurance companies, and consulting firms. He works closely with his clients to understand the needs of their organization. Having a true understanding of the clients' objectives allows him to be successful in bringing them experienced professionals that will help them achieve their goals.
Jeff's ability to listen and ask questions that uncover what is truly important to his clients and candidates separates him from the majority of the recruiters in the country. After a very successful start with just clinical specialists, he expanded his business at the request of his clients and has now completed many successful searches for managers, directors, and executives. Libby graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in secondary education and finished her student teaching rotations in Omaha, Nebraska. He will earn his Masters in Counseling Studies from Capella University in 2008.
