CSAM
CSAM or Certified Senior Account Manager represents
the elite of the recruiting industry. To achieve this
designation, an Account Executive must meet both tenure
and production requirements. In addition, the successful
completion of a comprehensive examination is mandatory
and corroborates the Certified Senior Account Manager’s
proficiency in all aspects of the profession, including
knowledge of Federal and State Law, as well as business
practices and ethics.
