"Rookie of the Year"
Matching people is not an easy business to learn. On average,
it takes an individual eighteen months to two years to
become proficient in our business.
On rare occasions there is an exception to this rule of
thumb. Sometimes, a new recruiter is a "natural"
in the business, and the results bear it out.
"Rookies", as defined by less than one year's
experience in the business, are subject to an award coveted
by all MRI recruiters. The award is entitled "Rookie
of the Year". Each year, a rookie is chosen to receive
the award based on total production in the first year's
tenure with MRI.
Todd
Wilson
2004 Regional "Rookie of the Year"
The Vermillion Group is proud to announce that Todd Wilson
is the regional award winner of this distingushed recognition.
Todd is not only astute and intelligent, but he exudes
a sense of integrity and honesty that endears him to both
employers and candidates.
Congratulations, Todd!
"I was surprised and honored to be named the Midwest
Region's Rookie of the Year. As I look back, the success
I had during the past year came through a combination
of hard work, the support of an excellent team and the
leadership of our management. I also am very fortunate
to work with a number of excellent client companies nationally.
They trust me to help them find people who will build
their business and thus far we have delivered exceptional
candidates and service. I look forward to expanding the
scope of these relationships in the coming years and bringing
our expertise to new client companies in 2005."
