Special Performance
of the Quarter
Starting 1st Quarter 2004, Vermillion Group selected
one account executive for the Special Performance of
the Quarter. Vermillion Group management determined
this individual based on peer nominations and a set
of qualifications. In order to be qualified, an account
executive must have a positive attitude and work ethic,
have passed leads on to another account executive in
the office which resulted in revenue, and has assisted
others in the continued development of their desk specialty.
This person then receives recognition during a morning
meeting in the office along with a gift of appreciation.
