With the recruiting industry being as competitive and difficult as it is, what aspects of the business gives you the most satisfaction and keeps you showing up every day?

When I get a phone call or letter from a candidate we placed thanking me for helping find the perfect job, it always gives me a tremendous amount of personal satisfaction. Along with that, when a client calls to tell me how well one of the placed candidates is performing in their new role, it reminds me of the real value we bring to both sides of the placement equation.

Tell us about your desk specialty.

I work exclusively within the Life Insurance industry, placing only actuaries on a national basis.

What do you pride yourself on, job related?

I work in a profession that truly results in a win-win-win. The candidate wins, the client wins, and I win. What could possibly be better than that?
