What are some attributes that set you apart from other recruiters?

The ability to put the needs and desires of both clients and candidates at the forefront while taking myself out of the equation. If you do this, you will be successful. A solid reputation in the Federal Contracting industry by taking the role of recruiter personally. Ranked in the top 10 of Federal Recruiters 2 years running by ExecutiveBiz.com

Tell us about your desk specialty.

What would be the best piece of advice you could offer a client?

Trust in our process to assist you in getting the right individual. Don't get too many recruiters involved in a difficult search…it muddies the waters and dilutes the message you are trying to get out there to the right individuals. Give your recruiter honest feedback, especially when it is negative….it makes for better relationships all around.

What would be the best piece of advice you could offer a candidate?

No is not as good as yes, but it sure beats the heck out of maybe. If you are not interested, then don't be afraid to say no. This prevents you from wasting your time and the client's time. Don't let any recruiter talk you into something which isn't right for you. Find a recruiter who cares more about what you are trying to accomplish than gaining a fee.
