What are some attributes that set you apart from other recruiters?

My market knowledge allows me to focus on scarce and valuable candidates and spend less time on commonly available candidates. It also enables me to relay what the market looks like, what the supply of talent is for a particular job in a defined geographic area and how difficult it will be to find and close candidates.

I am a geek at heart. I'm converting technology gadgets in my home to wireless to test the performance of my Cisco router to see if what they profess is accurate. Successfully configured a RAID array in an old server I refurbished and upgraded to a quad core processor. Restoring a 1983 Camaro I purchased when it was 6 miles old.
