Give us a little insight about your career history?

I started with Vermillion Group in 1998, and am still working the same, recruiting outstanding IT Professionals across the U.S. with various skill sets.

Tell us about your desk specialty.

I place technology professionals nationwide, in pretty much all skill sets including: Software developers, .NET, C#, Network Engineers, DBA's, Desktop Support, SAP, Help Desk, Systems Administrators...on and on and on. I place people in all levels from desk top support to SVP's.

What would be the best piece of advice you could offer a candidate?

Be honest with yourself and your recruiter. The better we know you the better job we can do in helping find that next great career

What do you pride yourself on, job related?

I pride myself on being a good listener and making exact matches with our clients needs

Give us a quote that summarizes what you’re all about as a professional recruiter?

Our clients don't pay us to just throw resumes at them, job boards do that. They pay us to find them candidates that technically match their needs in skills and personality, someone who can easily step in and make a difference to the bottom line.
