Give us a little insight about your career history?

Prior to the Vermillion Group, my career included working in the Health & Long Term Care Insurance and Managed Care industry, performing a variety of roles in sales and operations.


What made you decide to become a recruiter?

I am able to apply several aspects and talens from throughout my professional background, honed for nearly 2 decades, into this role that I have absolute love and passion for.


What are some attributes that set you apart from other recruiters?

We are experts in our space. We will ask difficult questions. Have the tough and honest conversations. Uphold and expect a high standard of professionalism. It is not right for everyone. However, for those that want the results to build the relationship and trust, we might be a fit.


Tell us about your desk specialty.

I focus exclusively within the Managed Care industry, with functional recruiting expertise that includes: Executive and Operations Management, Pharmacy, Healthcare Outcomes, Analytics, Epidemiology and Health Economics Research

I enjoy spending my free time…

I love spending time with my family at home, in our involvement at our church, and in our travels. I am involved in various church leadership activities, enjoy golf, tennis (and most other sports) and love music and politics
