What made you decide to become a recruiter?

I thought it would be cool to be a sports agent, and in my mind, being a recruiter was very similar.

What are some attributes that set you apart from other recruiters?

Taking the time to genuinely listen to both candidate's and client's needs, and helping all parties make the best decision possible.

What do you enjoy most about being a recruiter?

Being able to help a client solve business problems by delivering the perfect candidate!
